Ok, JustPlay By Gimica Games is legit.
I tried it on iOS, and it really can pay out to PayPal although the cashout is very small.
What you need to do is to install " JustPlay By Gimica Games" then from the app it will give you a few options that you can separately download to play.
There is no need to login your email address or any account on either the JustPlay app or the downloaded games. Just start playing and the rewards will be accorded. The rewards are capped at a certain amount and resets every 3 hours. Along with the reset, your rewards will be converted to the dollars to which you can send to PayPal. Payout to PayPal is be minimum of SGD 2.00 (except the first payout). Or you can choose to donate to charity.
For example, I played for around 20 minutes, the rewards is like SGD 25 cents. which is about the cap for each 3 hours block.
The pro here is that the payout is real and in SGD (potentially your preferred currency in PayPal). The con is also very real, the games are quite bad and very frequent ads popping in the middle of gameplay. The games I played were Treasure Makers (lame arrows throwing game) and Solitaire Verse (which is just Soliatire like the ones in Windows 95). Ads are quite long, more than than 10 seconds.
Generally as the games are bad and ads are really frequent and long, this is not worth your efforts. Unless you happen to like any of the games on their list. For me a game of Soliatire is good fun though.
